Shipping policy

 

Order Processing 

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM AWST on business days are typically dispatched within 24 hours. 

Delivery Timeframes 

  • Metro areas: typically 1–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Regional & remote: typically 2-7 business days after dispatch.

These timeframes are estimates only; actual delivery may vary due to courier performance, location, or seasonal delays. 

Shipping Costs 

We keep shipping simple and transparent: 

  • FREE FREIGHT for all orders over $150 (after discounts, before shipping).
  • $25 flat freight fee applies to all orders under $150. 

These charges will be clearly displayed at checkout. 

Tracking & Delivery 

  • All orders ship with tracking. You’ll receive an email with tracking details when your order dispatches.
  • If your parcel is delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe, please contact us via our Contact Us page so we can assist. 

Delivery Issues 

If your delivery arrives damaged, goes missing, or tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your parcel, please contact us promptly with your: 

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos where applicable 

We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
